- The Contract: Purchase Orders / Call-off orders will be subject to the terms and conditions of the Framework Agreement (FWA) and open to all eligible Tenderers as defined in the procurement Framework.
The Framework Agreement (FWA) shall be concluded for a term of two (2) years, first twelve (12) Calendar Months Renewable Based on Satisfactory Performance.
The Eligibility requirements include:
• Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate
• Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
• Valid VAT Registration Certificate (if applicable)
• Valid Business Registration Certificate
• Valid Certificate of Incorporation
• Valid Registration Certificate from PPA
• Three (3) years of Audited Accounts
All Tenders must be well labeled and must be accompanied by Bid security 2 % (per lot) of the Tender amount and should meet the Bid percentage requirement as stated in the Tender Documents.
