- 2. The Sekondi-Takoradi Metropolitan Assembly under the Twin-Cities in Sustainable Partnership Project now invites sealed Tenders from eligible suppliers.
3. Tendering will be conducted through National Competitive Tendering Procedure as specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended, amended Act, 2016 (Act 914) and also in line with the Contract Procedures for European Union External Action, i.e. PRAG (Practical guide to procurement and grant award procedure).
4. In addition to the General requirement stated in the Tender Document, all Eligible Tenderers should provide the following:
i. Valid Registrar-General’s Department Certificate
ii. Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
iii. Valid TAX Clearance Certificate
iv. Valid PPA Registration Certificate
v. Valid Works and Housing
5. Complete set of Tendering documents may be inspected and purchase by eligible Tenderers from the office of the Metropolitan Procurement Officer upon the submission of application letter and the payment of a non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH₵500.00) between 8:30am to 4:30pm each day.
6. Payment under the Contract will be made wholly in Ghana Cedis.
7.Tender shall be valid for a period of 60 days after Tender Opening and must be accompanied by a Security as indicated in the table attached.
8. Complete set of Tender Document, with one additional copy sealed in an envelope, should be submitted to the address stated below.
And be deposited in the tender box at the Conference Hall (Room 11) first floor, Sekondi-Takoradi Metropolitan Assembly main office on or before 11:00am on Monday, 18th September 2023. Tenders received will be opened at 11:05am in the presence of the Tenderers or their representatives who chose to attend. Late tender (s) will be rejected after 11:00am.
