4. A complete set of tender documents in English may be purchased by interested tenderers on submission of a
written application to the Vice-Chancellor, Akenten Appiah-Menka University of Skills Training and
Entrepreneurial Development, Kumasi and upon the payment of the non-refundable fee specified in the above
table against each LOT. The documents shall be obtained personally by the Suppliers or their representatives.
5. Completed tender document sealed in an envelope, bearing the project’s name and LOT number should be
addressed to;
THE VICE-CHANCELLOR,
AKENTEN APPIAH-MENKA UNIVERSITY OF SKILLS TRAINING AND ENTREPRENEURIAL DEVELOPMENT,
P.O.BOX 1277,
KUMASI,
and deposited in the appropriate tender box, located at the New Auditorium, Kumasi Campus at or before 11:00
a.m. on Thursday, 28th September 2023.
Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the deadline for submission. All Tenders must be accompanied
by a tender security as specified against each LOT in the above table. Late tenders will be rejected and will be
returned unopened to the Tenderer. Tenders shall be opened immediately thereafter, in the presence of the Tenderers
representatives who choose to attend at the New Auditorium, Kumasi Campus on Thursday, 28th September
2023.
6. Tenderers must be registered Companies of the Public Procurement Authority (PPA) and in good standing with
the Authority.
