Tender Description:: The Government of Ghana has received a Grant from African Development Fund (ADF) hereinafter called the Bank for the implementation of the Post-Covid-19 Skills Development and Productivity Enhancement Project (PSDPEP) and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the contract for the Supply, Delivery and Installation of an Accounting Software and various office equipment towards the realization of the above cited project.

The Social Investment Fund now invites sealed Tenders from eligible suppliers for the Supply and Installation of various office equipment as described below:

3.5 KVA Ups For Servers - 1
Server Computers - 1
52U Network Rack - 1
1.5kva UPS For All In One - 7
B/W Lastejet Printers - 6
Color Printer - 4
24-Port Network Switch - 4
Wireless Nanostation - 2
90 Inch Smart TV - 1
Digital Camera - 3
Photocopier - 2
CCTV Camera - 7
16channel CCTV NVR (Recorder) - 1

Additional Information:: Tenders shall be valid for a period of 90 days after the deadline for Tender Submission.

Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of not less than two percent (2%) of the tender price from a Reputable Commercial Bank or Reputable Insurance Firm.

It is mandatory that Tenderers include in their tender the under-listed statutory requirements.
