Tenders shall be valid for a period of ninety (90) days after the deadline of Tender submission. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of not less than Two percent (2%) of the total Tender price as stated in the Tender Data Sheet.
Late Tenders will not be accepted and will be returned unopened to the Tenderer.
Tenders that do not offer the complete quantities per or do not quote for all items will be rejected as incomplete. Delivery shall be twenty-one (21) days after signing of contract.
