vi. Valid SSNIT Certificate
vii. Valid Business Registration Certificate
viii. Evidence of registration with the Public Procurement Authority.
ix. Power of attorney
Tenders shall be valid for a period of ninety (90) days after the Tender opening. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of amounts stated in the table above. Late Tenders will be rejected.
