Tender Description:: Supply and Installation of Silent 50 kVA (Prime) Generator

The delivery period is 3 Weeks
A complete set of Tender Documents in English may be purchased by interested Tenderers on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of the non-refundable fee.
All submissions shall be accompanied by the following documents:
 Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
 Valid, GRA Clearance Certificate.
 VAT Registration Certificate
 Business Registration Certificate-Commencement/Incorporation
 Evidence of Registration with Public Procurement Authority (PPA)
 Manufacturer’s Authorization
 References of similar supplies (Attach Award letters, LPOs etc)
 Tender Security of GH¢8,000.00 with a Validity Period of 148 Days after tender submission date.
Any submission not accompanied by any of the above-listed documents will be declared non-responsive.

Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the deadline of Tender submission. Late Tenders will not be accepted and will be returned unopened to the Tenderer. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below.

A contractor/Supplier will be selected under the National Completive Tendering method through the evaluation procedure, which is described in the Tender Documents, in accordance with the Public Procurement Act, 2003 Act 663 as amended which are provided on the PPA website at www.ppa.gov.gh.
