1. Bank of Ghana intends to apply part of its budget to fund eligible payments under the contract for the Design, Supply and Installation of Queue Management System (QMS) for Bank of Ghana Banking Halls (Head Office, Kumasi, Takoradi, Sunyani, Tamale and Hohoe Offices).

2. Bank of Ghana therefore invites sealed Tenders through the National Competitive Tendering for the above-mentioned Project. Tendering will be in accordance with the National Competitive Tendering Method (NCT) procedures as specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (ACT 663) as Amended and the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.

3. Tenderers shall present quotations for all the quantities in the package. Tenders not offering quotes for all quantities in the package shall be declared non-responsive.


4. Interested eligible suppliers may download a complete set of Tender Documents from the Bank of Ghana’s website www.bog.gov.gh or obtain a set from the Procurement and Transport Office, CPC Building, 1st Floor, Bank of Ghana, Spintex Road, Flowerpot Roundabout, Accra from Mondays to Fridays between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The document will be available from 27th September, 2023 to 26th October, 2023.

5. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Signed Tender Securing Declaration.

6. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend at the Bank of Ghana Head Office, 4th Floor Auditorium, Accra at 10.30 a.m. local time on 26th October, 2023. Late Tenders will be rejected.

7. Tenderers shall submit their tenders with the following documents:

i. Valid Certificate of Incorporation/Registration
ii. Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate
iii. Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
iv. Valid VAT Registration Certificate
v. Valid Public Procurement Authority Registration Certificate
vi. Manufacturer’s Authorization

9. Tenders shall be valid for a period of One Hundred and Fifty (150) days after the deadline for tender submission.
