- 1. The scope of the Works expected to be awarded under this IFT includes but not limited to:

• Construction of buildings (Civil Works)
• Supply and installation of new doors and glazed windows and associated ironmongery
• Supply and installation of furniture
• Supply and installation of split-type air conditioners
• Tiling and repainting and other finishes to the building
• Associated electrical installation works
• Associated plumbing pipe and installation works
• Communication and data works
• External Works
2. A Mandatory Site Visit and a Pre-Tender meeting shall be held for all Tenderers. Eligible Tenderers are therefore required to meet at the Headmaster’s Office of the Akosombo International School SHS at Akosombo in the Eastern Region at 12:00 hours GMT on Tuesday,
October 17, 2023.
3. This Tender shall be accompanied by a Tender Security in the amount of GHS360,000.00
