Tender Description:: Completion of educational Infrastructural Projects in some STEM Schools in the Eastern Region.

1.0 The EASTERN REGIONAL CO-ORDINATING COUNCIL, Koforidua has received funds from the Government of Ghana through the Ghana Education Trust Fund (GETFund) and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under contracts for Completion of educational Infrastructural Projects in some STEM Schools in the Eastern Region of Ghana as follows.
Quantity : Three lots
Delivery Period: 12 Calendar months
Tender Security (Ghc): 2% of Tender Price

2.0 Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act 2003, (Act 663) as amended.

3.0 Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from and inspect the Tender Documents from the EASTERN REGIONAL CO-ORDINATING COUNCIL, P. O. Box 303, Koforidua at the address indicated below during the office hours from 08:30 hours to 16:30 hours from Monday, 16th October 2023. Sale of Tender documents will commence on that same day.

4.0 A complete set of Documents in English may be purchased upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢500.00). The method of payment shall be cash.

Additional Information:: 5.0 Tenderers are required to submit the following statutory documents as part of their Tender in addition to others specified in the Bid and Contract Data;
• Business Registration Certificate
• Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
• Valid Labour Certificate
• Valid GRA Clearance Certificate
• VAT Registration Certificate
• PPA Contractor Registration Certificate
• Valid works and Housing Certificate
Tenders must be deposited into the box located at the address below at or before 10:00 hours GMT on Tuesday, 7th November, 2023. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 90 days after the deadline of submission. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Bid Security equivalent to the percentage indicated in the table above, from a Reputable Bank. All prices should be VAT inclusive. Late Tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ representatives, who choose to attend at the premises of the Eastern Regional Co-Ordinating Council, Koforidua at 10:00 hours GMT on Tuesday, 7th November, 2023.
