The Audit Service, Ghana invites sealed Tenders from eligible suppliers for the supply of the items listed above.

Tendering would be done through the National Competitive Tendering procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended and the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.

Eligible and interested Tenderers may obtain further information from Audit Service, Ghana and inspect the Tender documents at the address given below from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. daily.

This invitation for Tenders is open to all eligible and interested suppliers who must have the under listed as at the time of submitting tenders:

a. Valid Business Registration Certificate.
b. Valid Business Re-Registration Certificate with up-to-date renewal receipt.
c. Valid Tax Clearance Certificate.
d. Valid VAT Registration Certificate.
e. Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate.
f. Valid PPA Supplier Registration Certificate.
g. References of similar supplies (Attach Award Letters, LPOs etc.).
h. Audited Accounts for the last two years (2021 and 2022).

It is mandatory that Tenderers submit the above requirements with their tenders. Failure would constitute grounds for rejection of tender.

A complete set of Tender documents in English may be purchased by eligible and interested Tenderers on submission of a written application to the address above and upon a payment of a non-refundable fee of GH¢200.00 for the tender document.

Tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before the date for tender submission as indicated in the table above at 11:00 a.m. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 90 days after the deadline of Tender submission. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of Twenty Thousand Ghana Cedis (GH¢20,000.00) for office equipment and Five Thousand Ghana Cedis (GH¢5000.00) for office furniture from a reputable Bank or an Insurance Company in Ghana. Late Tenders will be rejected.
