- 2. The Northern Electricity Distribution Company Limited (NEDCo) invites sealed Tenders from eligible suppliers and contractors for the procurement of the above goods and works.
3. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 as amended and in the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
4. Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from The Northern Electricity Distribution Company Limited (NEDCo) and inspect the Tender documents at the address 2 given below from 9:00 GMT Hours to 15:00 GMT Hours on each working day.
5. The Tendering Documents in English will be available for purchase by interested Tenderers from Thursday, 26th October, 2023 to Monday, 20th November, 2023 between 9:00 GMT Hours to 15:00 GMT Hours upon the submission of a written application to the address 1 below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Three Hundred Ghana Cedis (GHS 300.00) for each tender document.
6. Tenders must be delivered to the address 3 below on or before 12:00 hours (GMT), on 20th November, 2023. Late Tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend, at address 3 below at 12.00 hours (GMT) on 20th November, 2023.
