The Assembly therefore invites sealed tenders from eligible Contractors / Suppliers for
the execution of the projects listed in the table above upon submission of a written
application addressed to the District Chief Executive.
3. Tender Documents may be purchased at the Procurement Unit of the Ningo Prampram
District Assembly, Prampram during working hours from Monday 16th of October, 2023
4. Completed Tenders shall be sealed and deposited in the Tender Box at the Ningo -
Prampram District Assembly on or before 10 a.m. on Monday, 30th October 2023, and
shall be accompanied by the following documents.
• Valid Registrar General’s Certificate
• Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
• Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
• Valid Labour Certificate
• Valid PPA Certificate
• Valid Ministry of Works and Housing Certificate (D3K3 and above)
5. Tenders shall be valid for 120 days after tender opening and must be accompanied by
relevant tender security from any Commercial Bank in the form of a Bank Draft, Certified
Cheque or Bank Guarantee, OR Bid Bonds from a reputable Insurance Company in good
standing with the National Insurance Commission.
6. Tenders shall be opened in the presence of Tenderers or their representatives who may
choose to attend at 10:00 a.m. GMT on 30th October 2023 at the Office of the District
Coordinating Director, Ningo-Prampram District Assembly.
7. All timber and timber products to be used on all the projects listed above shall be sourced
legally from a legally approved source. NB. No illegally harvested timber or “bush-cut”
timber shall be used.
8. All contractors and suppliers must comply with the social and environmental
sustainability of the projects as prescribed in the Public Procurement Act 2003, (Act 663)
as amended.
