- Bank of Ghana therefore invites sealed Tenders through the National
Competitive Tendering for the Supply and Installation of VRF/VRV and
Split Air-conditioning systems that meet ASHRAE/CIBSE Standards.
Tendering will be done in accordance with the National Competitive
Tendering Method (NCT) procedures as specified in the Public
Procurement Act (PPA), 2003 (Act 663) as Amended and the Guidelines
of the PPA of the Republic of Ghana.
3. Tenderers shall present quotations for all quantities in the lot. Tenders
not offering quotes for all quantities in the lot shall be declared non
responsive.
4. Tenderers shall submit their tenders with the following eligibility
documents:
i. Valid Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) Tax Clearance
Certificate.
ii. Valid Social Security and National Insurance Trust (SSNIT)
Clearance Certificates.
iii. Value Added Tax (VAT) Registration Certificate.
iv. Business Registration Certificate (where applicable);
v. Certificate of Incorporation.
vi. Valid Public Procurement Authority (PPA) Registration
Certificate.
vii. Tender Security; and
viii. Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Authorization
Please note that all documents shall be valid at the time of tender
opening.
5. Interested eligible suppliers may obtain a complete set of Tender
Documents by paying a non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Ghana Cedis
(GH¢500) to Account Name and Number; Miscellaneous Income PL
52078 at the Banking Hall of Bank of Ghana, Accra or any of its branches in the country.
The pay-in-slip should be submitted with an introductory letter from
eligible Suppliers to; The Head, Corporate Management and Services
Department, Estate Office, CPC, Complex, Accra.
6. One envelope shall be presented for evaluation and shall contain the
following:

The envelope must be sealed and clearly labelled with Company’s name
and Package Number.
7. All Tenders must be accompanied by flat rate Tender Security of Ten
Thousand Ghana Cedis (GH¢10,000.00) from a reputable Bank.
8. Tenders will be opened publicly in the presence of the Tenderers’ and or
their representatives who choose to attend at the address stated in (ii)
below on or before Thursday, November 23, 2023, at 10:30 a.m. prompt.
Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after deadline for tender
submission. Late Tenders will be rejected.
9. Please be informed that, Pre bid conference and Site inspection is schedule
for Tuesday, November 07, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. prompt at the Bank of
Ghana Sunyani Office Complex, Bono Region.
