- Additional Information:
- 1. Tendering is open to local companies that are registered with the Registrar General Department, Ministry of Works and Housing (MWH) with Classification D3, K3 and also Water Resources Commission with valid drilling licence (minimum class C).
2. Tenderers may obtain further information at the addresses below. Tender documents will be available for purchase from Tuesday, 17th October, 2023 to Thursday, 9th November, 2023 between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm, Mondays through to Fridays.
3. It is mandatory that Tenderers include in their tender the under-listed requirements.
• Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate.
• Valid Business Registration Certificate
• Valid Certificate of Incorporation
• Valid Certificate of Commencement.
• Valid Works and Housing Certificate
• Valid Labour Certificate
• Valid Registration Certificate from PPA
• Two years audited accounts
• Reference of similar projects
4. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after Tender opening and must be accompanied by a Tender Security addressed to the Chief Executive, Community Water and Sanitation Agency, Head Office-Accra and shall be delivered at the address provided below.

5. The deadline for submission of Tenders is 9th November, 2023, at 10:00 am local time.
