Tender Name:: Proposed Construction of Construction of 2-Storey (3-Floors) Hostel Block at Sefwi Asafo NTC

Tender Description:: The Government of Ghana through the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Ghana has allocated funds towards the cost of Construction Works and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the Contracts for Proposed Construction of Student Hostels at selected Colleges of Health for Ministry of Health as stated below:

Proposed Construction of Construction of 2-Storey (3-Floors) Hostel Block at Sefwi Asafo Nurses’ Training College for the Ministry of Health- in the Sefwi-Wiawso Municipality (LOT 010)

Additional Information:: Tenders shall be valid for a period of 180 DAYS after Tender opening.

Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender security of 2% of the Tender price or its equivalent in a convertible currency for each Lot from a reputable Insurance Company or Bank.

Tenderers are required to submit the following statutory documents as part of their Tender, which must be valid as at the date of opening:

1. Valid Ministry of Water Resources, Works & Housing Certification D1, K1 or D2,K2
2. VAT Registration Certificate
3. Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
4. Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
5. Valid Labour Certificate
6. Certificate of Incorporation/Commence Business
7. Public Procurement Authority (PPA) Suppliers Registration Certificate
8. Other documents indicated in the Tender Data
