1. The Greater Accra Regional Co-ordinating Council now invites sealed tenders from eligible Contractors for the procurement of works. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering Procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 663, 2003 as amended and in the Guidelines issued by the Public Procurement Authority of Ghana.

a. Interested and eligible tenderers may obtain further information from the Procurement Unit, GARCC, Accra and inspect the tender documents from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. local time from Monday 6th November to Friday 24th November, 2023.

2. A complete set of tender documents may be purchased at the Procurement Unit, GARCC, Accra for a non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢500.00) each upon a submission of a written application. The method of payment will be by cash.

Additional Information:: 3. Tenders shall be valid for 120 days after the deadline for tender opening. Interested tenderers shall be requested as part of the tendering process to submit the following valid documents: -

ii. Certificate to Commence Business
iii. Registrar General’s Certificate
iv. Public Procurement Registration Certificate
v. Income Tax Clearance Certificate
vi. Labour Clearance Certificate
vii. SSNIT Clearance Certificate
viii. Power of Attorney (If relevant)
ix. Tender Security – 2% of Tender Sum
x. MWH Classification Certification
