Tender Description:: Renovation of MLGDRD Office Building

Tender Security Amount: 2% of tender price
2. Tendering shall be conducted in accordance with the National Competitive Tendering procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act (Act 663), 2003 as amended.

3. Interested eligible Tenderers may contact The Head, Procurement Directorate (1st Floor, Room 23), Ministry of Local Government, Decentralisation and Rural Development, Ministries, Accra for further information and to inspect the tender document during office hours from Tuesday, 7th November 2023 from 9:00am - 4:00pm (Monday - Friday) at the address (2) given below.

4. A complete set of tender document in English may be purchased by interested tenderers upon the submission of a written application to the address below and payment of a non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢ 500.00).

Additional Information:: 5. All tenderers must additionally attach to their tenders evidence that they have the following:
i. Valid Business Registration Certificate
ii. Valid Certificate to Commerce Business
iii. Valid Registrar General’s Renewal Certificate
iv. Valid Income Tax Clearance Certificate
v. Valid Labour Certificate
vi. Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
vii. Valid Power of Attorney
viii. Valid PPA certificate
ix. Valid Ministry of Works and Housing Certificate (D1/K1)

6. Tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before Thursday, 23rd November, 2023 at 10:00 am. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the deadline of Tender submission. Tenders shall be opened in the presence of the tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 10:00 am Thursday, 23rd November, 2023
