- Additional Information:
- The University of Mines and Technology now invites sealed Tenders from
eligible suppliers for the procurement of the above specification. Tendering will
be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures
specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) As amended by the Public
Procurment (Amendment) Act, 2016 (Act 914), and in the Guidelines of the Public
Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
3. Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from and inspect
the Tender documents at the Procurement Unit of the University of Mines and
Technology (UMaT), Tarkwa from 09:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. from Tuesday 31st
October, 2023.
4. A complete set of Tender documents in English may be purchased by interested
Tenderers on the submission of a written application to the address one (1) below
and upon a payment of a nonrefundable fee of Two Hundred Ghana Cedis only
(GHC200.00), to the following Bank Account details;

Tenders must be delivered to the address below at or before 10:00 a.m. Tuesday
14th November, 2023. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 90 days after the
deadline of Tender submission. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender
Security of 2% of Tender price.
6. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ representatives who
choose to attend at the Conference Room of the Main Auditorium on Tuesday
14th November, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. Late Tenders will be rejected.
