- Additional Information:
- The University of Mines and Technology now invites sealed Tenders from eligible
contractors for the procurement of the above works. Tendering will be conducted
through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the
Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) As amended by the Public Procurment
(Amendment) Act, 2016 (Act 914), and in the Guidelines of the Public Procurement
Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
3. Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from and inspect
the Tender documents at the Procurement Unit of the University of Mines and
Technology (UMaT), Tarkwa from 09:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. from Thursday 28th
September, 2023.
4. A complete set of Tender documents in English may be purchased by interested
Tenderers on the submission of a written application to the address one (1) below
and upon a payment of a nonrefundable fee of Three Hundred Ghana Cedis only
(GHC300.00), to the following Bank Account details;

Tenders must be delivered to the address below at or before 10:00 a.m. Thursday
12th October, 2023. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 150 days after the
deadline of Tender submission. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender
Security of GH¢ 35,000.00
6. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ representatives
who choose to attend at the Conference Room of the University of Mines and
Technology, Tarkwa, Main Auditorium, on Thursday 12th October, 2023 at 10:00
a.m. local time. Late Tenders will be rejected.
