Tender Description:: The Ghana Grid Company Ltd. (GRIDCo) intends to apply part of its budgetary allocation to fund eligible payments under the contract for the SUPPLY OF ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT to be delivered to the GRIDCo Central Warehouse as indicated in the Schedule of Delivery in the Tendering Document.

Additional Information:: A complete set of Tendering Document in English may be purchased by interested Tenderers upon the submission of a written application to Address (2) below between 09:00 hrs to 15:00 hrs GMT each working day and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of GHS 200.00. The method of payment will be by bank transfer in the name of the Ghana Grid Company Ltd’s Account with the under-listed banking details.

A Pre-tender meeting would be held at the CONFERENCE ROOM of the GRIDCo Central Warehouse, Tema located 2km off the Tema Aflao Highway, near Tema Steel Work in Tema on November 28, 2023, at 12.00pm

The following documents shall be submitted:

1. Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
2. Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
3. Valid Public Procurement Authority Certificate

All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of Twenty Thousand Ghana Cedis (GHS20,000.00) and in the appropriate form and format included in the Tendering Document. The Tender Security shall remain valid for 28 days beyond the Tender Validity Period of 120 days after the deadline of Tender submission.
