- 2. The National Pensions Regulatory Authority (NPRA) invites sealed Tenders from eligible suppliers for the supply and delivery of branded executive diaries for use. Tendering will be conducted through National Competitive Tendering procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 as amended and in the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
3. A complete set of Tender documents in English may be purchased at the Finance Office of the NPRA by interested Tenderers on submission of written application to the address below upon payment of a non-refundable fee of GH¢500.00 (Five Hundred Ghana cedis) for the tender document from Friday, 3/11/2023 to Friday, 24/11/2023.
4. Sealed completed tenders document must be deposited in a tender box located at the reception of the Authority on or before 11:00am on Friday, 24/11/2023.Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the deadline of Tender submission. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security or not less than Two percent (2%) of the Tender price.
5. It is mandatory that Tenderers include in their tender the underlisted
requirements.
• Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate.
• Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate.
• VAT Registration Certificate.
• Valid Business Registration Certificate.
• Valid Public Procurement Authority (PPA) Suppliers Registration Certificate.
• Two percent (2%) tender security from a reputable Bank.
6. Tenderers should be aware that late submission will not be accepted under any circumstance and will be returned unopened. Tenders will be opened in the presence of representatives who choose to attend at 11:00am on Friday, 24/11/2023 at the Authority’s meeting room.
