- Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the deadline of Tender submission. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of not less than Two percent (2%) of the total Tender price as stated in the Tender Data Sheet.
Evaluation would be on the received tender documents and tenderers tender must be in Lots. Tenders that do not offer the complete quantities per will be rejected as incomplete. Delivery shall be thirty (30) days after signing of contract.
It is mandatory that Tenderers include in their tender the underlisted statutory requirements.
