Tender Description:: The Ghana Grid Company Ltd. (GRIDCo) (the “Employer”) intends to apply a portion of its Internally Generated Funds (IGF) to fund eligible payments under separate Contracts for the project for the Renovation of GRIDCo Facilities in its operational areas namely Tema, Prestea, Kumasi, Techiman and Sunyani Areas.

Additional Information:: A complete set of Tendering Document in English may be purchased by interested Tenderers upon the submission of a written application. The method of payment will be by bank transfer in the name of the Ghana Grid Company Ltd’s Account with the under-listed banking details.

A Pre-tender meeting would be held at the various locations provided in the tendering documents between November 27-29, 2023.

The following documents shall be submitted:

1. Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
2. Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
3. Valid Ministry of Works and Housing Certificate
4. Valid Public Procurement Authority Certificate

Tenders shall be valid up to 120 days after the deadline of Tender submission. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of Ten Thousand Ghana Cedis (GHS10,000.00) for each Lot in the appropriate form and format included in the Tendering Document. The Tender Security shall remain valid for 28 days beyond the Tender Validity Period of 120 days after the deadline of Tender submission.
