- Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures as specified in the Public Procurement Act,2003 (Act 663) as amended and the guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
Interested firms may obtain further information from the Wassa Amenfi East Municipal Assembly (Works Department) and inspect the Tender documents from 8:00am to 5:00pm local time Wassa Akropong from Monday, 8th January, 2024 to Wednesday, 31st January 2024. All tenderers must be accompanied by the following documents(full details in the tender data sheet of the tender documents):
a. Valid PPA registration certificate/Receipt
b. Valid Business Registration certificate(Incorporation&Commencement)
c. Valid ministry of works and housing certificate of classification (D3K3)
d. Valid SSNIT clearance certificate
e. Labour certificate
f. Valid tax clearance certificate
g. Tender security
h. Power of attorney (if applicable)
Sealed tenders shall be deposited in the tender box at the Procurement Unit on or before 10:00am on Wednesday, 31st January, 2024. Tenders will be opened on the same date and time at the municipal assembly hall in the presence of the tenders or their representatives who choose to attend.
Tendres shall be valid for a period of 120days after the deadline of the submission. Late tenders will not be accepted.
