Tender Description:: Constructions and furnishing of 1No. CHPS Compound with ancillary Facility at Yuni in the Kumbungu District.

Additional Information:: Tenderers must submit their tender with the following documents:
A. Valid Ministry of Works and Housing Classification Cert. (D3, K3 and Above)
B. Valid Tax Clearance Certificate (GRA)
C. Valid Clearance Certificate (SSNIT)
D. Valid Labour Certificate
E. Evidence of Registration with PPA
F. Valid Business Registration Certificate

Tenders will be valid for the period of 120 days after deadline of tender submission. All tenders must be accompanied by Tender Security of 2% of Contract sum or an equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency and shall be from an Insurance firm in good standing with the Ghana Insurance Commission or a Bank guarantee from a recognized Bank.

All interested eligible tenderers may obtain further information from the Procurement Unit of Kumbungu District Assembly from Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.

Tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 10:00 a.m. hours GMT on Wednesday, 31st January, 2024 in the Tender Box located at the Conference Room of the Assembly.

Tenders will be opened in the presence of tenderers or representatives who choose to attend at 10:00 am hours GMT on Wednesday, 31st January, 2024 at the District Assembly Conference Room, Kumbungu
