Tender Description:: The Nursing and Midwifery Training College Mampong-Ashanti intends to apply part of its budgetary allocation to fund eligible payments under the contract for Procurement of Student Medical Examination

NMTC Box 34 Mampong-Ashanti between the hours of 10:00 am to 4 :00pm
A complete set of Tender document in English may be purchased by interested Tenderers on the submission of a written application to the address below NMTC Box 34 Mampong-Ashanti and upon a payment of a non-refundable fee of GH¢ 200 for each Book.

Tenders must be delivered to the address below NMTC Mampong-Ashanti in front of the administration block at or before 10:30 am on 26Th January,2024

Tenders shall be valid for a period of 60 days after the deadline of Tender
submission.
It is mandatory that Tenderers include in their tender the under listed statutory requirements.
• Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate.
• Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate.
• Valid VAT Registration Certificate.
• Valid Business Registration Certificate including the form ‘A’
• Valid Registration Certificate from PPA

The Tender will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers’/ representatives who choose to attend at 10: 30 am on Friday 26Th January,2024 at Nursing and Midwifery Training College Mampong-Ashanti.
Note: Late Tender will be rejected.
