- 1. The Akatsi North District Assembly has received Funding from the District Performance Assessment Tool (DPAT VI) and intends to apply part to cover for eligible payments under the contract for the procurement of works below;
CONTRACT DESCRIPTION: Construction of 1no.Police Post at Dzalele
DURATION: Four(4) Months

- All tenders shall be accompanied by the following documents:
(i) Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate
(ii) Valid PPA Certificate
(iii) Valid Work and Housing Certificate D3-K3
(iv) Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
(v) Valid Business Registration Certificate
(vi) Any other documents indicated in the tender data
Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after tenders are opened and must be accompanied by a tender security of 2% of Tender Price of Tender submission.
Tenders must be signed, sealed and deposited in a tender box at the Procurement Unit at or before 10:00 am on 25th January 2024, late Tenders shall be Rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend.
