The North East Gonja District Assembly has received budgetary allocation Support from the Central Government through the Member of Parliament’s share of the District Assembly’s Common Fund (MPCF). The Assembly intends to apply part of these funds to cover eligible payments under the procurement of work whose requirements are indicated Below
Contract Description: Construction of 1-Unit 5No. lockable Stores and 5No. Stalls at Kpandu
Location: Kpandu
Completion Period: 6 Months
Tender Security Amount (Ghs): 2% of the Contract Amount

- Interested eligible tenderers may obtain further information from the Office of the District Co-ordinating Director and inspect the tender document at the address (i) given below from 09:00 hours to 17:00 hours GMT.
Completed tenders should be accompanied by;
• Valid Ministry of Works, and Housing Certificate (Class D4, K4 and above)
• Valid Business Registration Certificate
• Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate
• Valid PPA Registration Certificate
• Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
• Valid Labor Clearance Certificate
Tender document (and additional copies) may be purchased at the address stated below for a non-refundable fee of Three Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢300.00) only, for each set. The documents will be obtained upon the submission of an application letter. Tenderers are advised to use the address(i) stated below for obtaining information, inspection, and purchase of tender documents.
Tenders must be deposited into the Tender box located at the address (ii) below at or before 10:00 hours GMT on Tuesday 6th February 2024. Tenders shall be valid for 120 days after the deadline for tender submission. All tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of 2% of the contract amount in the form of a Bank Draft or Bank Guarantee from a Commercial Bank or Bid Bond from a Reputable Insurance Firm currently in good standing with the National Insurance Commission.
Late Tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the tenderers/representatives who choose to attend at the Conference Room of the North East Gonja District Assembly at 10:00 hours GMT on Tuesday 6th February 2024.
