- The scope of the works expected to be awarded under this IFT includes but not limited to:
• Demolition works
• Construction of buildings (Civil Works)
• Supply and installation for new doors and glazed windows and associated ironmongery
• Supply and installation of furniture
• Supply and installation of spilt type air conditioners
• Tiling and repainting and other finishes to building
• Associated electrical installation works
• Associated plumbing pipe and installation works

- Additional Information:
- 1 . A Mandatory Site Visit and a Pre-Tender meeting shall be held for all Tenderers. Eligible Tenderers are therefore required to meet at the Headmaster’s Office of the Akosombo International School SHS at Akosombo in the Eastern Region at 14:00 hours GMT on Thursday, February 01, 2024.
The Tenderer who fails to attend the mandatory site visit and pre-tender meeting shall be rejected.
2. The deadline for submission of Tenders is Friday, February 16, 2024 at 13:00hours GMT. Tenders must be delivered to the Engineering Services Department Conference Room, VRA – Akuse, in the Eastern Region (GPS Address: EL-1014-3646) at or before the time specified above.
