- 2. The Afadzato South District Assembly invites sealed tenders from eligible Tenderers for the procurement of
Goods. Tendering will be conducted through National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures
Specified in the Public Procurement Act 2003 (Act 663), as amended and in accordance with Public
Procurement Authority.
3.Interested eligible tenderers may purchase the documents or obtain further information from the Head of
Procurement Unit, Afadzato South District Assembly, Ve- Golokuati and inspect the Tender Documents
from the hour of 9:00 a.m to 4:30 pm during the working hours from Monday to Friday.
4. A complete set of Tender Document in English may be purchased by interested Tenderers upon payment of
Non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH₵500.00) only each set of the Tender Document.
5. All tenders must be accompanied by a tender security from Reputable source of the Tender price.
6. All Tenders must be accompanied by the following documents;
a) Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate. (Job specific)
b) Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate (Job specific)
c) Valid Vat Registration Certificate.
d) Valid Registration from PPA or evidence of Registration (Bank Receipt)
e) Valid Certificate of Registration.
7. Company Profile including employees competences and equipment capacity. One photocopy of tender document
Shall be added to the original tender document completed sealed tender must be deposited in the Tender Box
located at the Afadzato South District Assembly Hall on Monday 29th January, 2024 at11:00am.
Tender shall be valid for a period of 90 days after the deadline of submission of tender. Tender will be opened
in the presence of tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend the tender opening at 11: am on
Monday 29th January, 2024 at the Afadzato South Assembly Hall.
8. Late Tenders will be rejected.
