- Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) and Public Procurement (Amendment) Act 2016, (Act 914) and in the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic Ghana.
3. Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from and inspect the Tender document at the Procurement Office from 9 am to 4pm local time from Wednesday 17th January, 2024 to the close of the Tender Submission.
4. A complete set of Tender documents (each contract package) in English may be purchased by interested Tenderers upon submission of a written application and a payment of a non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢500.00) only for the Tender Document. The method of payment shall be in cash at the College’s Accounts Office and then proceeded with the receipt to the Procurement Unit for the Tender Documents.
5. Tenders must be sealed and deposited in the Tender Box to the address below KOMENDA COLLEGE OF EDUCATION, P. O. BOX CK 5, KOMENDA on or before 10:00 am Thursday 15th February, 2024. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security or not less than 2% of the Tender Price.
6. It is mandatory that Tenderers include in their tender the under listed statutory requirements.
• Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate.
• Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate.
• Valid VAT Registration Certificate (if applicable).
• Valid Business Registration Certificate
• Valid Registration Certificate from PPA or Evidence of Registration
7. Late tenders will be rejected.
8. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend on Thursday 15th February, 2024 at the College’s Conference Hall at 10:00
