- 1. THE EFFIA-KWESIMINTSIM MUNICIPAL ASSEMBLY now invites sealed Tenders from eligible contractors for the construction of the works indicated in the table above. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, Act 663 of 2003 and Public Procurement Amendment Act, Act 914 of 2016 and the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
2. Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from the office of the Municipal Co-ordinating Director and inspect the Tender Document at the Address given below from today, 9:00 hours to 16.00 hours GMT on working days.
3. Tenderers may purchase a complete set of tender documents at the address stated below upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢500.00) only for each set.
4. Tender document must be deposited into the Tender Box located at the address below on or before 10:00 hours GMT on or before Tuesday, 16th January, 2024. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 90 days after the deadline of Tender submission. All tender documents must be accompanied by a Tender Security of 2% of the Tender figure for each package. Late Tenderers will be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers or their representative, who choose to attend at the Conference room of the Effia – Kwesimintsim Municipal Assembly at 10.00 hours GMT on or before Tuesday, 16th January, 2024.
Tenders for any of the projects must include;
• Certificate of Incorporation
• Valid Works and Housing Certificate D3K3 and above
• Valid Labour Certificate
• Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
• Valid SSNIT Certificate
• Valid Business Registration Certificate
• Evidence of registration with the Public Procurement Authority.
