- The Peki College of Education intends to apply part of its budgetary allocation to fund eligible payments under Call – Off Contracts that may be awarded under the Framework Agreement (FWA) Contracts through this IFT Primary Procurement process.
The College Procurement is undertaking the Primary Procurement with a view to concluding a Framework Agreement. The College Procurement is the sole entity under the Framework Agreement.
Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures as specified in the Public Procurement Act 663, 2003 as amended and in the guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of Ghana.
Interested eligible tenderers may obtain further information from the address below or Government of Ghana Electronic Procurement System (http://www.ghaneps.gov.gh) and inspect the tender documents at the same time between the hours of 9:00 am to 4:00 pm each working day from Wednesday, January 31, 2024.
Tenderers may submit tenders for one or more LOTS depending on the number of Tender Documents purchased.
Complete set of tender documents in English may be purchased by interested eligible tenderers upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Two Hundred and Fifty Ghana Cedis (GH¢250.00) per LOT using Government of Ghana Electronic Procurement System (http://www.ghaneps.gov.gh).
All tenders must be accompanied by Tender Security of Two percent (2%) of the total Tender Price from a reputable Bank or Insurance Company in Ghana Cedis.
Tender must be submitted electronically through Government of Ghana Electronic Procurement System (http://www.ghaneps.gov.gh) at 10:00 am local time on or before Thursday, 22nd February, 2024. Late Tenders will be rejected.
