Additional Information:: QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Prospective tenderers would be required to submit their tenders with the following mandatory requirements which shall be used as criteria for preliminary selection:

a. Company Registration Certificate (with current renewal receipt) and object clause authorizing the firm to engage in such works.
b. Ministry of Works and Housing Classification certificate with minimum classification of D1/K1
c. Valid Tax Clearance Certificate (valid up to February, 2024)
d. Valid SSNIT Contribution Certificate (valid up to February, 2024)
e. Valid Labour Certificate
f. Valid PPA Supplier/Contractor Registration Certificate or Evidence of Registration

Tenderers shall be required to submit a tender security of 2% of the total tender price as part of the tender.

Interested tenderers are advised to inspect copies of the tender document at the Procurement Unit, KATH from 8:00 am to 4:30pm before they purchase the set of tender document.

Tenderers are required to submit their tenders at the Office of the Director of Administration, KATH. Closing date for tender submission is Wednesday, 21st February, 2024 at 10:00 am GMT
