Additional Information:: Tenderers would be required to provide the following valid documents;
I. Business registration certificate
II. VAT registration certificate
III. TAX clearance certificate
IV. Company form A for sole proprietorship and Form 3 for Limited Liability
Entities.
V. SSNIT clearance certificate
VI. Public procurement Authority registration certificate/ evidence of registration.
VII. Tender security (2% of total tender price from a reputable Commercial Bank or
Insurance Firm).
VIII. Tenders shall be valid for 120 days after tender opening. Complete Tender Documents are to be deposited in the Tender box at the Library on or before 10:30am on 19th February, 2024 and would be opened on the same day in the presence of Tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend at the Library, SDA NURSING AND MIDWIFERY TRAINING COLLEGE, ASAMANG at 10:30am prompt. Late tender shall be rejected.
