Additional Information:: Tendering will be conducted through National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act 2003 (Act 663) as Amended and in accordance with the guidance of Public Procurement Board of the Republic of Ghana.
Interested eligible tenderers may obtain further information from the Procurement Unit of the College from 26th January, 2024 between the hours of 9:00 am to 4:30 pm each working day
A complete set of FWA tender document may be purchased at the address below upon payment of non-refundable fee of GHC 200.00 from 26th January, 2024 between 9am to 4:30pm.
Tenders must be signed, sealed and deposited in the Tender Box at the Home Economics Unit, Akatsi College of Education, Akatsi on or before 10:00 HRS GMT on Wednesday, 14th February,2024 Tenders will be opened immediately after the close of tender submission on the day stated above in the presence of tenderers or representatives who choose to attend.
Tenders shall be valid for Ninety (90) days after the expiration of the deadline for the tender submission.
All tenders must be accompanied by Tender Security of Two percent (2%) of the total Tender Price
The completed tender document must be accompanied by;
1. VALID Business Registration Certificate (Renewal Certificate where applicable)
2. VALID Valid Tax Clearance Certificate.
3. VAT Certificate where applicable
4. VALID PPA Registration Certificate or Evidence of Registration
