Tender Description:: 1. The Nzema East Municipal Assembly intends to use part of its District Assembly Common Fund/ Responsiveness Factor Grant (DACF-RFG) and Performance Base Climate Resilient Grant (PBCRG) to fund eligible payment under contract for the under listed projects.
2. The Municipal Assembly now invites sealed tenders from eligible tenderers for the execution of the project listed below

PROJECT DESCRIPTION : Construction of 1no. 3-Unit Classroom block, office with store and supply of 3no. teacher’s table with chairs, 1no office table with 3no office chairs for Ajomoro Eshiem Methodist Basic School

LOCATION: Ajomoro Eshiem

Additional Information:: 3. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive procedures specified in the Public Procurement (Amendment) Act 2016 (Act 914) of the Republic of Ghana.
4. A complete set of tender documents may be inspected and purchased by interested and eligible tenderers from the Revenue office of the Nzema East Municipal Assembly, Axim from 2nd February, 2024 at office hours from 8:30am to 5:00pm for a non-refundable fee of Four Hundred Cedis (₵400).
5. In addition to the general requirement stated in the tender document, all tenders are to accompanied by the following documents;

I. Valid Business Registration Certificate
II. Valid ministry of Water Resource Works and Housing Certificate
III. Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
IV. Valid Labour Certificate
V. Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
VI. Valid Public Procurement Authority registration Certificate
6. Sealed tenders marked with project description and location shall be deposited in the tender box at the office of the Municipal Procurement Unit on or before 23rd February 2024. Tenders shall be opened at 10:00am in the presence of tenderers or their representatives who may choose to attend.
7. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 90 days after the deadline for submission. All tenders must be accompanied by tender security of 2% of the tender price. Late tenders will not be accepted.
