- 1. The Jomoro Municipal Assembly has received approval for funding from European Union Trust Fund for Africa (EUTF) through the GREEN Project and intends to apply part to cover eligible payment under the contract for the under listed projects;
NAME OF PROJECT/ FUNDING SOURCE: Paving of 800m2 market floor area, 6-Seater Water Closet Toilet & Urinal facility, 1No. Mechanized Borehole drilling with overhead tank & construction of 0.60m diameter x 9m length concrete U-drain

- 2. The Jomoro Municipal Assembly hereinafter referred to as the contracting authority invites sealed bids from interested Ghanaian firms.
3. Interested eligible Bidders who wish to obtain further information and inspect Bidding Documents should take note of the time and may visit the office of the District Assembly from 8:30 am - 5:00pm local time during week days starting from Thursday,1st February, 2024.
4. Bidders may purchase a complete set of bidding documents at the office Municipal Procurement Officer at the Jomoro Municipal Assembly upon a payment of a Non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢500.00) starting on the 1st February 2024 from 8:30am to 5:00pm local time.
5. Bidders will be selected in accordance with the procedure set-out in the PPA, 2003 Act 663, as amended in 2016, Act 914 and must in addition present the following valid documents;
a) MWH Certificate b.) GRA Clearance Certificate
c.) Registrar General Certificate d.) Labour Clearance Certificate
e.) SSNIT Clearance Certificate f.) PPA Registration Certificate.
6. Bids shall be valid for a period of 120 days after Bid Opening
7. Completed Bidding Documents sealed in an envelope bearing project name shall be delivered to;
