• Valid Business Registration Certificate (With evidence of current annual renewed receipt)
• Valid Ministry of Works and Housing Certificate D3,K3
• Valid Public Procurement Authority Registration Certificate
• Valid Labour Certificate
• Tender Security 2% of the Tender Price
Eligible Tenderers interested in obtaining the Tender Document may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Document at the address below.
A complete set of the Tender Document in English may be purchased from the Procurement Unit, Tatale-Sanguli District Assembly from 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday by interested Tenderers upon payment of a non-refundable fee of GH₵500.00 for a set of Tender Document. The method of payment will be by cash.
The deadline for a submission of Tenderers is Monday 26th February, 2024 at 10:00am. Tenders must be delivered to the Tatale Sanguli District Assembly, P. O. Box 1 Tatale, DPCU Room on or before the time specified above at which time and date Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend at the DPCU Room, Tatale Sanguli District Assembly.
