- Tenderers will be required to submit the following Statutory Documents:
i. Valid Business Registration Certificate (with evidence of current annual renewal receipt)
ii. Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
iii. Valid VAT Registration Certificate (Not Applicable to Lot 3)
iv. Valid PPA Registration Certificate/Evidence of Registration
Tenderers will be required to complete and sign the Tender Securing Declaration Form inserted in the Framework Agreement Document.
The Framework Agreement shall be concluded for a Term of 2 Years from the commencement date stated in the Framework Agreement.
Completed and sealed Tender Documents bearing the address below and clearly marked with the Contract Package Number and Contract Description must be deposited in the Tender Box at the Reception of the Administration Block, St. Patrick’s Nursing and Midwifery Training College not later tha 4th,March 2024 at 11:00 am prompt.
Tenders will be opened at the Conference Room in the presence of Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend on 4th,March 2024 at 11am prompt.
