Additional Information:: A complete set of tender documents in English (and additional copies) may be purchased by interested Tenderers at a non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Ghana Cedis (GHc 500.00) only at the Office of the Savannah Regional Coordinating Council, Damongo from 09:00-17:00 hours GMT from Thursday, 1st February, 2024. All Tenders must be accompanied by the following valid documents:
1. Valid Business Registration Certificate
2. Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate
3. Valid Certificate from Public Procurement Authority
4. Valid Labour Certificate
5. Valid PPA Certificate
6. Valid Works and Housing Registration Certificate
7. Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
Bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of 2% of Tender Figure, and Valid for 90 Days after Tender Closing date from any Insurance Company of good standing with the Ghana Insurance Commission
Sealed Tenders must be deposited into the Tender Box located at the address below at or before 10:00 am on Tuesday 20th February, 2024. Late Tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend, at the Savannah Regional Coordinating Council Conference Hall at 10:00 am on Tuesday 20th February, 2024.
