Additional Information:: Completed tenders must have accompanied with the following requirements.
Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate, Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate.
Valid Business Registration Certificate, Valid Certificate of Incorporation
Valid Certificate of Commencement, Valid Works and Housing Certificate
Valid Labour Certificate, Valid Registration Certificate from PPA / evidence of registration

Eligible Tenderers can obtain tender Documents and other further information and also inspect the Tender Documents at the following address from 10:00 am to 04:00 pm.

A complete set of Tender Documents in English may be purchased from the Office of Procurement Officer, Sekyere Kumawu District Assembly, from 09:00 hours to 17:00 hours GMT at Kumawu, after submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢500.00) for a set of Tender Documents. The method of payment will be by Banker’s Draft or cash payable to Sekyere Kumawu District Assembly in Kumawu

The deadline for submission of Tenders is Wednesday 14th February, 2024 at 11.00 am prompt. Tender opening would be conducted in the presence of tenderers or representatives who choose to attend at the venue indicated below.

All Tenders must be accompanied by appropriate Tender Security as specified in the Tender Documents.
