The Framework Agreement shall be concluded for a Term of 1 years from the commencement date stated in the Framework Agreement.
The Primary Procurement shall establish a Closed Framework Agreement(s). This means no new firm (s) may conclude Framework Agreement during the Term of Framework Agreement
All tenders must be accompanied with a duly signed tender declaration form.
Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from the College Procurement office and inspect the Tender document during office hours 0900 to 1700 hours at the address given below.
The Eligibility requirements include:
• Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate
• Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
• Valid VAT Registration Certificate (if applicable)
• Valid Business Registration Certificate
• Valid Certificate of Incorporation
• Valid Registration Certificate from PPA
12 The Tender document may be procured by interested tenderers upon the payment of a nonrefundable fee of GHC 400.00 to the College account office.
13 Tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 19th February, 2024. Electronic Tendering Will Not be permitted. Late Tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the tenderers’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend, at the address below on Thursday, 19th February, 2024at 10am prompt, at the College Staff Common Room, St. John Bosco’s College of Education, Box 11, Navrongo.
