Additional Information:: Prospective tenderers should submit the following statutory documents:
i. Valid business registration certificate (With evidence of current annual renewed receipt)
ii. Valid VAT registration certificate
iii. Valid current tax clearance certificate
iv. Valid SSNIT contribution certificate
v. Valid PPA registration certificate
vi. Tender security (Bank/Insurance) of not less than 2% of the tender price
Tender shall be valid for a period of 30 days after the deadline of tender submission
Completed tenders, bearing the address below must be sealed and deposited into the tender box located in front of the procurement office between the hours of 8:30am and 4:00pm during working days.
Tender submission closes at 11:30am on 29th February, 2024. Late submission shall be rejected.
Tenders will be opened at 11:30am on 29th February, 2024 in the presence of the Tenderers or their representatives who wish to attend at the GAHS/CMS conference hall, Kwadaso- Kumasi
