- The Holy Child College of Education intends to apply part of its budgetary allocation to fund eligible payments under call- off contracts that may be awarded under the Framework agreement (FWA) contracts through this IFT primary procurement process.

- Tendering will be conducted through National Competitive Tendering procedure as specified in the Procurement Act 663 (2003) as amended and in accordance with the guidelines of the Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
Interested eligible tenders may obtain further information from the office of the Principal, Holy Child College of Education – Takoradi and www. ghaneps.gov.gh to inspect the tender documents and obtain a copy at the address given below from 8:00am to 4:00pm from Wednesday, 7th February, 2023.
A complete set of tender documents may be purchased by interested tenderers on submission of a written application to the address below upon payment of a non- refundable fee of two hundred and fifty Ghana Cedis (GHC 250.00)
Tender must clearly be marked with contract identification Number signed, sealed, and deposited in the Tender Box in the office of the Principal, Holy Child College of Education, Takoradi on or before 10:00 HRS GMT of Friday 27th February, 2024
Tenders will be opened immediately after the close of tender submission in the presence of the Tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend.
Tenders shall be valid for a period of ninety (90) days after the expiration of the deadline for the tender submission.
All tenders shall be required to attach copies of the under listed certificate to tenders:

VAT Registration Certificate (LOT 2 N/A)
Valid Ghana Revenue Authority Tax Clearance Certificate
