- The University of Education, Winneba (UEW) and UEW Commercial Services Limited now invite sealed tenders from eligible suppliers. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) Procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended and in the guidelines issued by the Public Procurement Authority.
Interested eligible tenderers may obtain further information from the Procurement Office, University of Education, Winneba at the address given below and inspect the tender documents from 8:00am-5:00pm local time from 12th February, 2024.
A complete set of tender documents may be purchased by interested tenderers on submission of a written application to the Vice- Chancellor, University of Education, Winneba and upon the payment of non-refundable fees as specified against each LOT above in cash or bank draft to University of Education, Winneba. The document will be obtained personally.
Completed tender document sealed in an envelope, bearing the project’s name and LOT number should be addressed to: THE VICE-CHANCELLOR UNIVERSITY OF EDUCATION, WINNEBA P.O.BOX 25, WINNEBA and deposited in the appropriate tender box, located at the Second Floor, Pecku Building Conference Room, North Campus, Winneba at or before 11.00am on Thursday, 7th March, 2024.
Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the deadline for submission. All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender security as specified against each LOT. Tenders will be opened at the second floor, Pecku Building Conference Room, North Campus, Winneba on, Thursday, 7th March, 2024 at 11 am in the presence of the tenderer’s representatives, who choose to attend,
