- The Ahantaman Girls’ Senior High School- Sekondi intends to apply part of its budgetary allocation for 2024 to fund eligible payments under the contract for which this request is issued.
The Ahantaman Girls’ Senior High School- Sekondi now invites sealed Tenders from eligible Suppliers to provide all valid documents for the supply of items stated below:

- Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures as specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act, 663) as amended and in the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
Interested Suppliers may obtain further information from the Accounts Office and inspect the Tender documents from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm local time at Ahantaman Girls’ Senior High School- Sekondi from Thursday, 22nd February 2024 to Monday, 11th March, 2024.
A set of tender documents in English may be purchased by Tenderers upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Three Hundred Ghana Cedis Only (GH¢300.00) in cash only at the Ahantaman Girls’ Senior High School- Sekondi during working hours.
All tenders MUST be accompanied by the following documents (full details in tender data sheet of the tender documents):
a. Valid PPA Registration Certificate/Receipt
b. Valid Business Registration Certificates (Incorporation &To Commence Business)
c. Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
d. Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
e. VAT Registration Certificate
Sealed Tenders shall be deposited in the Tender Box at the Headmistress Office on or before 11:00 am on Monday, 11th March, 2024. Tenders will be opened on the same date and time at the Headmistress Office in the presence of the Tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend.
Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the deadline of the tender submission. Late tenders will not be accepted.
