Tender Description:: Construction of 1 No 6 – Unit BSI Classroom Block and 12-Seater Water Closet Toilet with Mechanized Borehole at Guree Basic School in Nadowli - Kaleo District of the Upper West Region

Additional Information:: 1. Valid Ministry of Works and Housing Registration Certificate;
2. Valid Tax Clearance Certificate;
3. Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate;
4. Valid Labour Clearance Certificate;
5. Valid Business Registration Certificate;
6. Valid PPA Registration Certificate.

Bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of 2% of tender figure and valid for 120 Days after tender closing date from any Insurance Company of good standing with the Ghana Insurance Commission.

Completed Tender Documents are to be deposited in a “Tender Box” at the Office of the Head of Procurement at the Upper West Regional Coordinating Council on or before 11.00 a.m. on Thursday, 21st March, 2024. Tenders would be opened in public in the presence of Bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.

Contractors shall be selected in accordance with the procedures for the selection of contractors set out in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663 as Amended) of the Republic of Ghana.
