• The Kwahu South Municipal Assembly intends to apply part of its budgetary allocation to fund eligible payments under the contract for procurements which description is above
• The Kwahu South Municipal Assembly invites sealed Tenders from eligible suppliers for the procurement of procurement of 750pieces of assorted school furniture
Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 as amended and in the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic Ghana.
• Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from Kwahu South Municipal Assembly and inspect the Tender document at the address given below from 8:30am to 4:30pm
• A complete set of Tender document in English may be purchased by interested Tenderers on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon a payment of a non-refundable fee of Four Hundred Cedis [Gh¢400.00] for Lot 1 and Three hundred Cedis (Gh ¢300.00) for Lot 2 and for each set.
• Tenders must be delivered to the address below at or before 20th March,2024 at 10:00am.. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 90 days after the deadline of Tender submission. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security not less than Two percent(2%) of the Tender price.
• Late Tenders will not be accepted and will be returned unopened to the Tenderer. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 20th March, 2024 at 10:15am.. A register of potential tenderers who have purchased the tender document may be inspected at the address below.
• It is mandatory that Tenderers include in their tender the under listed statutory requirements.
• Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate.
• Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate.
• Valid VAT Registration Certificate
• Valid Business Registration Certificate and renewable receipt
